Important Notices
- Please print our your name badge card in advance (detail). Please also bring a name badge holder if possible.
- The name badge card can be downloaded from “Issue certificates” page on the conference platform “Rakuraku-Conference”.
- If you forget your name badge card, verification at the reception desk will be required. Since congestion is expected, we appreciate your cooperation in printing in advance.
- You can now register your presentation materials on the conference platform (Rakuraku-Conference).
- To attend the conference, please register through the conference platform (Rakuraku-Conference).
- Undergraduate students (including students at colleges of technology) may attend free of charge.
- Students in primary schools, junior high schools and high schools may also attend free of charge, and up to 3 accompanying supervisors per group may attend free of charge. Membership in the society is not required.
- If you do not fall into the above categories, please pay the participation fee even if you are only attending lectures.
- Pre-registration of presentation files is required for poster and oral presentations.
- For poster presentations, all presenters are required to upload their online posters by 7th Mar.
- For oral presentations, no pre-conference upload is necessary; however, presenters must register their presentation files in advance at the Speaker Ready Room provided at the venue. Please bring your files on a USB flash drive or CD-R.
- For presentations in symposia, workshops or forums, please contact the respective session organizers regarding file handling (whether organizers collect them in advance or speakers are required to bring their own PCs).
Meeting information
The 73rd Annual Meeting of the Ecological Society of Japan will be held as follows.
Dates: 11th Mar. to 15th Mar. 2026 (Online poster viewing period: 8th Mar.–)
Venue: Two locations – Yoshida-South Campus, Kyoto University(11-13th)and Kyoto International Conference Center (ICC Kyoto)(14-15th)

All oral presentations and sessions at this conference will be held on-site. Poster presentations will be conducted online, but those who wish may also present on-site.
Conference events, symposia, and workshops will be recorded by professional staff and made available via On-Demand streaming. For oral presentations, presenters may record before/after the conference and upload their own presentation videos for distribution through the “Self On-Demand Streaming” system. Please review the guidelines carefully and make use of this feature.
